The Italian-led cheese manufactory will launch a training
The CBA opened a cheese manufactory in Veresegyháza in order to ensure quality cheese consumption in Hungary – Fodor Attila, Director of Communications of the Hungarian chain told MTI at the site.
At the press conference combined the presentation of the product and production demonstration, Fodor Attila told that 900 liters of locally produced farm milk is used for production every week. The milk is sourced from farms in Pest County, and depending on the type they produce approximately 90-100 kilograms of cheese.
The cheese shop is currently supply twelve stores with its products in, mostly in Budapest and Pest County. (MTI)
