The food industry is an “incredibly innovative sector”

In the production plant, they work with a gentle, low-temperature vacuum drying technology that preserves the intrinsic value and aroma of the fruit and vegetables – representatives of the company informed MTI.
With the help of microwave vacuum drying, products with different crunchy textures are typically made from fruits and vegetables, which can be sold as raw materials to other food manufacturers, they explained.
Olga Beáta Felkai, the Deputy Secretary of State responsible for food chain supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, stated at the opening that the food industry is an “incredibly innovative sector”, which is supported by the investment.
