A catalog will present the Csabai Sausage
A catalog will be created for the Csabai Sausage, which became a Hungaricum a week ago. The publication was presented by Fazekas Sándor Rural Development Minister and Vantara Gyula, mayor of Békéscsaba at a press conference on Tuesday in Budapest.
Fazekas Sándor said: the Csabai Sausage has a unique taste, it is a great food product with folk origins, and it is known worldwide. This Hungaricum captures well the characteristics of the creative force of the Hungarians – the Minister insisted.
He stated, that there is a rationale for crafted Hungarian food products. The Csabai Sausage is produced by 180 producers in Békéscsaba. (MTI)
