Carpathian Basin honey festival in Zalaegerszeg
A three-day long Carpathian Basin honey festival begins on the 2nd of December in Zalaegerszeg in the Keresztury Dezső General Cultural Center.
This year, honey crop was small, but the honey's quality is excellent – told Németh Zsolt, Grand Master of the Ambrózia Honey Knights of Söjtör at the press conference accompanying the event on Thursday. As he added, despite the fact that the beekeepers have not had a great year, they could gather from almost every varieties and it is expected to be 10 to 20 varieties of honey in range – reports MTI.
