Christmas bejgli donations
László Selmeczi, managing director and co-president of the confectioner guild (MCI) told our magazine: last year they took the flavours of Christmas to the workers and patients of the Hungarian National Ambulance Service, Heim Pál Children’s Hospital and Bethesda Children’s Hospital. Following the 3rd Bejgli of the Year contest, the guild donated 300 bejglis to the three institutions, plus award winning Christmas candies, biscuits, and several crates of orange and tangerine. //
