The Milk Product Council launches a campaign to encourage the consumption of Hungarian milk
The Milk Product Council is launching a television campaign to help consumers choose domestically produced milk and dairy products over imported goods – the Milk Product Council told MTI on Monday.
According to the announcement, the carbon footprint of imports is a significant burden on the environment by delivering products that can also be purchased from Hungarian dairies.
According to the calculations of the Product Board, which is based on the 2018 data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH); more than 12 thousand trucks of milk and milk products arrive in Hungary every year. (MTI)
