Campaign to promote Hungarian fish consumption
A campaign to be launched to promote Hungarian fish consumption and to raise awareness to fish diversity and the huge variety of flavors
According to the notice of the Prime Minister’s Office the annual per capita fish consumption in Hungary is 5.2 kilograms, which is less than a fifth of the EU average. 8.2 percent of the Hungarian population never, nearly 11.1 percent of them eat fish only once a year. The rate of weekly fish consumers is 12.6 percent, while 31.6 percent eating only fish a few times a year. (MTI)
