Game will be served at the canteens from June
Game dishes will be served at the canteens twice a month from June in 256 canteens of the Junior Catering Co. (Junior Vendéglátó Zrt.) in 17 cities in the scope of Pattern Canteen Program (Mintamenza Program) – was announced at a press conference on Wednesday in Budapest.
Prohászka Béla, head of the Pattern Canteen Program outlined, that game meat was not included in Hungarian kindergartens, primary school canteens so far. From April in Békéscsaba children supplied by the Child Catering Foundation, already consumed venison meals of whom positive feedbacks were received. (MTI)
