In June, German industry considered its export opportunities more gloomy
Export expectations for German industry deteriorated in June, according to a survey by the Ifo Institute for Economic Research of the University of Munich.

German industry export expectations deteriorate
Sentiment among German exporters deteriorated slightly. The mood index, which quantifies ifo’s export expectations fell to 3.7 points in June from 4.4 points in May.
In addition to logistical problems, the outlook for the German export sector is deteriorating mainly due to a high degree of geopolitical uncertainty. (MTI)
