Retail sales increased by 1.6 percent in the Czech Republic in July
In July, retail sales increased by 1.6 percent on an annual basis in the Czech Republic – the Czech Statistical Office announced on Monday in Prague.
Compared to the 6.3 percent increase of June, the growth moderated significantly, what the experts explain primarily with the fact that in July, the number of working days was three less this year. Car sales are no longer calculated in retail sales since January last year. (Kokes János, MTI)
