The Australian government approved the 11 billion beer industrial acquisition
The Australian government approved the acquisition of Foster's Group Ltd.. The SABMiller buys the brewery for 11.5 billion Australian dollars. However, the government has set certain conditions, such as the Company should continue its activities in Australia.
This was the last regulatory factor, which had to be clarified before the meeting of Foster's shareholders. The meeting will be held on the 1st of December. It is expected that the acquisition will be approved, of which the 75 percent of the votes will be needed – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
