Charity Gala for Haiti
The hospitality profession mobilized itself in order to help to the victims of the earthquake.
On the 17th of February, from 7pm Visitor and Hotel Magazine, the Hungarian Baptist Aid and the Bocuse d'Or Academy will oranise a gala dinner.
The six course menu will be compiled and prepared by Buday Péter master chef and the finalists of the Bocuse d'Or Selection Hungary competition, Hajdú, Zoltán (Ken Carpathia), Kiss Gergely (Crocus-Gere Borhotel – Villány), Kiss Krisztián (Dunapark Kávéház), Kiripolszki István (Kogart), Kostyál Gábor (Hotel Helikon – Keszthely), Lenkei Tamás (Hunguest Hotel Pelion – Héviz), Mező Gábor (Café Erté) és Volenter István (Mala Garden – Siófok). The dessert will be prepared by Kreil Vilmos, President of the Hungarian Academy of Bocuse d'Or.
The charity gala dinner will take place in the Chain Bridge restaurant of Hotel Sofitel, Budapest (1051 Budapest, Roosevelt tér 2.). The event is supported by the Zwack Nyrt.
Participation Fee is 50.000 HUF per person. The total revenue will serve to help the victims.
