The French are coming!
Once again Alain Chartier, a member of Relais Desserts hosted a 2-day training course in Hungary.
It shows very well how much the trade was waiting for a learning opportunity like this that it only took 2 days to fill the 25 places on the course, and after this the waiting list just kept growing! Alain Chartier is a very big name, for instance he became World Champion of Frozen Desserts in 2003, and his book “Glaces Toute l’Année” is the Bible of ice cream makers.
It was special that participants also made a sugar-free ice cream dessert – in the past the French didn’t really show interest in making free-from desserts.

Once again Alain Chartier held a course in Budapest
This autumn another French master will come to Hungary, as Denis Matyasy will deliver a 3-day pastry-themed course in October.

The course was fully booked in two days
