The Ministry of Agriculture (FM) would tighten the rules on the marketing of potatoes – the agrarszektor.hu wrote. The goal is to provide only appropriate quality, sorted potatoes to the customers.
According to the draft regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture that was published on the kormany.hu website, only such potatoes would be marketed that are intact, there are no removed parts in them, are clear and firm, and the smallest diameter should be not less than 3.5 centimeters – the Magyar Idők wrote.
