Succesful New Year’s Eve in the hotels
Although the hotel industry suffered in 2011, but in most places most of the rooms were reserved for the weekend of the New Year. The 2-3 days New Year's Eve packages of the trendy hotels were sold-out, already in early December.
According to the datas of www.szallas.hu; more overnight stays were sold, compared to the previous year. The average Hungarian guest spent 84thousands HUF per booking for New Year's weekend, which is a 4 percent increase compared to 2010.
