The suppliers may benefit from the proposed legislative amendment
According to the informations of Híszerző; Jaross Tamás, Matolcsy’s Ministerial Commissioner has quit. The former leader of Metro was in charge for the booming of the domestic trade.
According to the informations of Híszerző; Jaross quitted, because he disagreed with the government's proposed measures against the hypermarkets.
According to market information sources; the government plans to help the domestic suppliers and domestic chains (such as the CBA, Coop or Real) against the multinational hipermarkets, but Jaross Tamás, who was the Chief Executive Officer of Metro in Hungary from 1993 to 2005 wanted to cooperate with all participants of the market including the large chains as well in the redirecting of the relationship between dealers and suppliers.
The Hírszerző believes the new Government's draft concept will benefit the suppliers to, with the changing of the law ofunfair trading practices – reports hirszerzo.hu.
