Four-day work week would be introduced soon?
As a result of the new coronavirus pandemic, voices flared up again that it wouldn’t be so devilish to introduce a four-day work week, which means natural three-day weekends for workers. Many studies and experiments prove that the change can go really well, the only question is, is a pandemic enough for company executives, bosses, owners to change their nerves – a lot of different areas ?!
A three-day weekend is simply better, says entrepreneur Andrew Yang, a political analyst at CNN, a former U.S. presidential candidate, who says employers should seriously consider introducing a four-day work week. This helps to maintain the mental health of the employees and to offer additional opportunities to those who have a unique schedule and needs.
