In the course of research, GVH has the power to:

• enter and search all premises without permission from the owner or anybody present and to have any premises opened for inspection • search private property including cars and homes owned by the owners, leading officers, representatives or employees of the entity subjected to the procedure • use police assistance • cease and copy documents and other data carriers as evidence • cease other types of evidence
