There was a significant increase in retail sales in Germany in March
In March, retail sales in Germany were much better than expected, both in monthly and in annual terms.
The German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) said on Monday that, on a calendar and seasonal basis, retail sales grew by 7.7 percent in real terms and by 7.4 percent in nominal terms in March, compared to the previous month, excluding price effects. (MTI)
