The share of online shopping from abroad is increasing significantly
This year Hungarians had to pay VAT or customs duty for 42 thousand packages that were ordered from abroad. This figure shows a 60 percent growth, compared to the same period of 2013.
This fact indicates the share of online shopping is increasing. Most of the ordered goods are arriving from China and the United States – said Teleki József Finance Guard Colonel, Director of the Airport Direactorate of National Tax and Customs Authority told on Tuesda at a press conference. (MTI)
