The IMF has significantly improved its GDP growth forecast
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has improved its Hungarian GDP growth forecast in the World Economic Outlook (WEO) forecast released on Tuesday.
The Hungarian economy is forecast to grow by 4.6 percent this year, and yb 3.3 percent next year, after the 4.9 percent of 2018, according to the IMF’s website. (The Central Statistical Office (KSH) revised this earlier figure to 5.1 percent in the regular September review.) (MTI)
