The price of raw milk may increase
According to the Milk Marketing Board; because of the raw milk price increases, the retail price of milk may increase by 5 to 10 percent of the, if the chains are not willing to give up a part of their benefits.
The demand for milk may increase significantly in a month in the European Union, which may result in the price increase of raw milk – reports Magyar Nemzet in its Tuesday issue referring on the Milk Marketing Board. According to the Milk Marketing Board; processors are no longer able to assume the rising costs of raw milk prices, so if the chains “are not willing to give up a part of their 45-50 percent profit,” the retail price of milk can rise by 5-10 percent – reports origo.hu, after the Magyar Nemzet.
