Ice cream shortage in Europe
It is harder to get your favorite ice cream this summer, because demand is very spiky, but supply can not catch up in all cases – Intődy Gábor, the secretary of the Hungarian Confectionery Association, told Index.
However it is important to emphasize that this does not mean that there are no ice creams in the shops at all. According to Intődy, this means that the stocks are spinning quickly and if we go into the store for a specific ice cream, it is not 100% that we can buy it. (index, Előd Fruzsina)
