Nestlé’s first half profit improved
The world's largest food manufacturerm, the Nestlé reported a 7.5 percent net profits improvement in the first half-year, and confirmed its annual growth targets, after its cut costs program has helped increasing the limits.
According to the company's communication; the net profit increased to 5.45 billion Swiss francs last year, compared to last year’s 5.07 billion Swiss francs, after sales increased by 5.9 percent to 55.34 billion Swiss francs.
The strongest growth occured in Asia, Oceania and Africa, with 9 percent. In America, the organic growth was 6.1 percent, while in Europe it was 2.2 percent – reports tozsdeforum.hu, after Quaestor.
