Opinion on bank's has improved
A significant increase occured among the adult Hungarian population, in satisfaction with banks and banking services – states the Retail Banking Monitor research of GfK Hungária.
In the first half of 2010, 82 percent of the 15-69 years old population had connection with at least one local financial institution. This ratio in this age group represents 5.7 million banking customers.
According to the survey of GfK Hungária; customer satisfaction significantly increased from 77 to 82 points between 2009 and between the first half of 2010.
