The OECD has improved its economic growth forecast for Hungary this year, acknowledging the positive effects of economic protection subsidies and high vaccination during the pandemic.
The latest half-yearly forecast of the Paris-based Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), published on Monday, indicates economic growth of 4.6 percent in Hungary this year, following last year’s 5.1 percent decline in GDP.
