Japan confirmed that China is the world's second largest economy
The recently published datas of the Japan Prime Minister's Office shows that the Chinese economy is the world's second largest economy, surpassing Japan. In 2010, Japan's nominal GDP was 5.474 trillion USD, while China’s nominal GDP was a total of 5.879 trillion USD.
However, China’s per capita GDP is about one-fifth of the Japanese, the Chinese personal incomes are showing an upward trend, and last year a record number, 1.41 million Chinese tourists visited Japan – reports Világgazdaság Online, after AP.
