January: Bocuse d’Or Lyon!
In October the Hungarian team started preparing for the Bocuse d’Or world final in Lyon. Bence Dalnoki, sous chef of two Michelin star Stand Restaurant leads the team, with commis Patrik Nyikos assisting him in his work. The team’s coach is Tamás Széll and its president is Zoltán Hamvas. //
