In accordance with the regulations on the registration and data provision of plant protection treatments, farmers are still legally obliged to complete their data provision tasks by the deadline. The data must be uploaded to the electronic Farming Log (eGN) system of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih). Plant protection treatments carried out in 2025 can be recorded by January 31, 2026 at the latest. Nébih will automatically forward the uploaded data to the Hungarian State Treasury (MÁK).

Plant protection treatments carried out in 2025 must be recorded on the electronic interface by January 31, 2026 at the latest. This data provision deadline applies to all farmers, regardless of participation in all support programs.

It is important to emphasize that it is sufficient to record the spraying data exclusively in the electronic system of the Nébih

It is not necessary to provide data on plant protection treatments on the MÁK interface for those who fulfill this obligation on the eGN interface. Nébih automatically forwards the uploaded data to the MÁK. The office draws the attention of farmers to the fact that, based on the current regulation ⃰, the uploading of spraying data is mandatory. In case of failure to provide data or inadequate performance, a plant protection fine may be imposed. It is of utmost importance for farmers to meet deadlines and record data accurately in order to comply with the law and avoid potential sanctions.
