The winner

Norbert Tóth is only 38 years old, but he has already been working in the trade for almost 25 years. He believes in the power of using high quality ingredients only.

He first entered the competition 3 years ago. Mr Tóth has already finished first in Ice Cream of the Year. He revealed that the winner cake might seem simple, but it is very difficult to prepare as the taste of raspberry is present in the forms of different textures. The winner plans to continue working in the guild’s presidency and the family confectionery. He is much more motivated by customer satisfaction that competitions.
