Exciting special beers and beer flavorings

The hospitality professionals were able to participate on a special taste trip at Gőry Pince-Vendéglő in Szeged. The unusual event drew the attention of professionals to give their guests, beer harmonizing with the ordered dishes.

The event was held by Hügli Food Ltd. and Borsodi Brewery Co. Several catering companies of the region were invited to the event. The taste of food and drinks were sometimes pointed out, sometimes counterweigh each other’s taste, always trying to create harmony. The harmony of bitter and sweet, smooth and sparkling, or even the spicy flavor and the brown, ripe scents became a real experience for the end of the eight course.
