DIAGEO made an exciting announcement for the celebration of cocktail fans

The most famous bars of Budapest and the most outstanding bartenders of the domestic cocktail world dazzled the interested parties with special cocktail creations within the framework of this year’s Budapest Cocktail Week. In the bars participating in the series of events, those interested could taste limited-edition cocktails created exclusively for this occasion, including premium drinks such as Don Julio tequila or Singleton whiskey. The distributor of luxury products, DIAGEO, also shook up the bartenders’ plans for next year with an exciting announcement.

41 Budapest bars participated in the Budapest Cocktail Week, which brings together well-known and recognized experts in the drink culture and cocktail lovers, and presented their cocktail specialties. Drinks made from premium quality ingredients based on unique recipes were inspired by exciting stories told by bartenders in high-class bars in Budapest immersed in the art of cocktail making. This year’s series of events was opened by Kristóf Uracs, a World Class competitor competing in Austrian colors in 2023, at the Leo Rooftop bar, where, in addition to the cocktails he dreamed up exclusively for that evening, the participants could taste a cocktail poem called Leo Bistro&Rooftop The Lyric Lion, which is Don Julio’s It was born from a special combination of blanco, raspberry, horseradish, pepper sand and verjus. In addition to light cocktails, however, the organizers also prepared professional forums, on one such occasion, András Forray spoke about his extensive international experience in the Boutiq’ bar. For the event, Boutiq’ Bar presented a drink called Smoked on water, made with a singleton whiskey base, mushroom and yuzu foam.
