- 36% of employees take less sick leave thanks to the hybrid model.
- 70% of hybrid workers experience fewer stress-related health problems.
- 74% of respondents believe that flexible working allows them to receive preventive health treatments, such as regular screenings and check-ups.
- 80% of hybrid workers report better work-life balance and lower levels of anxiety.
- 75% of managers believe that hybrid working improves workplace productivity.
These results also support the fact that flexible working not only increases employee well-being, but also improves the efficiency of companies.
A study of over 4,000 hybrid workers by International Workplace Group (IWG), the leading provider of hybrid work solutions, including the Spaces and Regus brands, found that more than a third (36%) of employees are taking less sick leave now that they have more flexibility in how and where they work. 74% of hybrid workers say their flexible work model makes it easier for them to take time off for preventative health care, such as regular screenings, check-ups, and make lifestyle changes.
Hybrid workers are taking less sick leave, are healthier, and less stressed, according to a new study.*
Hybrid work offers greater flexibility, better work-life balance, and significant financial savings for employees and businesses, as well as important health benefits.
70% of hybrid workers experience fewer stress-related health issues, while 72% are better able to manage existing health conditions.
