The trends of jobseeking
The lack of good professionals poses increasingly serious challenges for HR professionals as the demand increased from 2013, because several of the candidates are working abroad now.
This trend is expected to continue in 2015, the projections for the period lasting until 2017 also shows a similar picture.
“Nowadays it is not enough to point a camera to a candidate to say: I would like to work to the company. Such authentic content should be created, that may be linked to the current job offers. The corporate image building thus facilitates the recruitment activities and reduces the costs of it”- Hadi László, executive director of BrandJob told.
