Meat substitutes and artificial meats are on the rise, but they are far from being more sustainable to produce than most meat products. – hvg.hu wrote.

Almost one in four people try to eat less meat – this is the result of a 2019 poll published by Euromonitor. Meat exemption is thus a big deal: in 2018, the meat substitute business was worth almost 20 billion USD.
