ITM: retail sales continued to grow
Growth in retail sales was due primarily to the increase in sales in mixed, non-food stores and due to the growth in retail fuel sales – Pomázi Gyula, the Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) told MTI.
According to the latest data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Friday, retail sales increased by 4.4 percent, compared to a year before. The calendar effect adjusted retail sales increased by 5.4 percent, compared to a year before. (MTI)
