ITM: Economic actors are confident in recovery
Economic actors are confident in the recovery, job protection measures are considered proportionate to the challenge, and fewer and fewer people need state aid, the state secretary of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) responsible for economic strategy and regulation said at a press conference in Budapest on Monday.
After consultation with professional chambers and business interest groups, György László stated that the balance established since 2010 was not endangered by the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, and the measures could be maintained in the event of another pandemic.
Economic protection is most effective in helping those who have felt the crisis the most, especially manufacturing, trade, tourism and hospitality, he added. (MTI)
