ITM: There was only one Christmas fondant that did not meet all the requirements
According to the consumer protection study commissioned by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM), only one in twenty Christmas fondants had less weight than indicated – the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) announced on Wednesday.
According to the notice, the examination by ITM’s accredited food and chemical laboratory covered the appropriate indication of the coating ratio and net weight of the Christmas fondants. Among the twenty delicacies, in addition to the classic jelly and marzipan, there was also a tiramisu flavor and pumpkin seed cream. (MTI)
