Europe's largest mall opened in Istanbul
The Forum Istambul is waiting its customers with a 175 thousand square meters purchasing area. This is more than four-fold of Westend City Center’s, base area.
Five thousand new permanent jobs were created in the Turkish metropolis, which has 12 million inhabitants. The operator hopes that the mall consist of 265 businesses will be visted by an annual 25 million consumers. The projected annual revenue will be 500 million euros.
Cost recovery is planned for 6-8 years – reports Világgazdaság Online.
