Lidl became a Trusted Employer again
The 2023/2024 Trusted Employer awards were presented, which Lidl Hungary won for the fourth time. The German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) awards awards to companies that take care of the working and living conditions of their employees in an exemplary manner.
The aim of the initiative is to draw attention to the importance of good working conditions and at the same time to strengthen the labor market position of the awarded companies. The prizes are awarded by a five-member jury of HR professionals who, among other things, examine the remuneration provided by the companies, social and welfare benefits, health and working conditions, training and further education, as well as development and career opportunities. After the 2017/2018, 2019/2020 and 2021/22 awards, Lidl Hungary has received this recognition for the fourth time in a row. The company places great emphasis on its employer brand, employee retention and attracting new employees.
This year’s recognition titles were given in a ceremonial setting by dr. It was handed over by Prime Minister Gergely Gulyás and András Sávos, president of the DUIHK.
