Again, improvements have been made to the eGN system
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) informs the users of the electronic management diary (eGN) that another update has taken place in the system.
In the current version, many functions have changed, among other things, it is possible to export the diary data in pdf format, and automatic TIR-based checks are carried out for breeding codes and identification data of grazed animals.
The eGN developers have made the following fixes:
- When recording a breeding, its code is checked based on the Breeding Information System (TIR).
- When filling in the data of the Grazing operation, eGN checks the animal species of the partner in the TIR. If the animal recorded during the grazing period is not in the farm, in that case the user will receive a warning message.
- The Table unique identifier can now be changed in the “Finalized” state on the Production Site form.
- Only 8 digits can be entered in the unique identification fields of the Commitment on the Production Site and Soil Test form. This helps to eliminate possible typos.
- In the case of fertilizer storage capacity, it is also possible to enter a value of 0.
- For irrigation operations, the system allows you to enter the maximum operating hours according to the specified date interval.
- For operations, it was possible to reduce the area affected by the operation by a % value.
- The specialists also changed the name of the “date of sampling” field on the Soil Test form. The name of the field has become “Date of Minutes Issued”. The date of issue of the test report must be entered here.
- The name of the “Territory included in AÖP support” field on the Territory summary page has also changed. The name of the field became “Area affected by AÖP good practice (ha)”. In this field, the size of the area affected by the AÖP good practice is displayed, since it is only possible to choose the AÖP legal title for production sites if the good practice has also been selected.
- Thanks to the innovations, it became possible to generate a PDF document, in addition to the existing excel formats. Users can create PDF in a printer-friendly format.
