Lidl’s egg prices drop again
Lidl is reducing the price of one of the most important staple foods for the second time this year, and from Saturday, eggs will be 7% cheaper in stores on average. The price of M-sized eggs, which are popular among Hungarian customers, will decrease by 8% on average, but there is a product that will cost 11% less. As a result of the price reduction, customers can buy 30-piece packages with a 200-forint discount.
The market-leading supermarket chain, Lidl Hungary, continues to do everything it can to make shopping cheaper for customers, so it has once again reduced the price of eggs in its stores. The price reduction affects 8 products, all of which come from Hungarian suppliers.
You can save up to several hundred forints
“We consider it important to always provide our customers with the best possible price for all products, including eggs, in addition to excellent quality. As a result of the current price reduction, eggs will be 7% cheaper on average, with the largest reaching 11%. The price of the classic 10-piece M size and the economical 30-piece M size will decrease by 8%, while the L size extra yellow egg will cost 9% less. Overall, the largest reduction can be observed in the 30-piece packages, which can be purchased 200 forints cheaper from Saturday,”

In addition to the renewed reduction in the price of eggs, it is also worth keeping an eye on the weekly promotions and coupons available in the Lidl Plus application, as additional, even personalized discounts await customers. In addition, the discount store chain also helps its customers to make daily shopping more economical by offering products that can be purchased in larger packages at a lower unit price and by offering discounts based on quantity.
