Summer travel season implodses again: Hungarians are much more conscious than before
Due to the easing of the european union, vaccination and bilateral agreements concluded by the Hungarian Foreign Affairs Leadership, the mood for travel that had been flickering in the past seems to be gaining in the mood. While 7 out of 10 Hungarians play a safety game and plan to holiday domestically, traditional seaside destinations and neighbouring countries with quick access by car are becoming increasingly popular, according to a survey by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. However, travel patterns are expected to change over the longer term, with the holiday being overtaken by careful planning. Genertel’s travel insurance helps with careful preparations, offering special services tailored to specific customer needs (e.g. beach holidays, sightseeing events).
