Internet competition for the castles of Transylvania

The WEBkastély (WEBcastle) competition aims to raise awareness of the Transylvanian castles, to the state of mansions, and to connect them into tourism.

The online competition aims to promote the values of nearly 600 castles and mansions in Transylvania. 6 to 10 membered teams can enter the competition, critera is to live near a Transylvanian castle / mansion and to work together with a local non-governmental organization. One castle or mansion has to be only one team, but non-governmental organizations can support more teams.

In addition to the www.webkastely.ro site the competition will be available on social sites as well. The competition is organized jointly by the PONT Csoport, Transindex, Transilvania Trust Alapítvány (Foundation) ad the Élő Erdély Egyesület (Living Transylvania Association.
