A trip for the senses
Several studies claim that those who visit a gallery spend less than 30 seconds in front of a work of art. In order to change this situation, the Smithsonian Design Museum in Manhattan decided to introduce interactive services: while walking around the museum, a digital pen helps art lovers to ‘collect’ those pieces of art that they really like. This way anyone can be the curator of their own art collection, which they can later revisit in digital format any time. Food fair EATAIPEI, held in the capital of Taiwan, popularised itself by relying on the involvement of the senses in the form of a culinary trip around Taipei.
