Innovative packaging cooperation between Coca-Cola and Heinz
The Coca-Cola Company and H.J. Heinz Company announced a strategic collaboration. In the scope of the cooperation, Heinz will replace its ketchup bottles to the PlantBottle technology manufactured bottles of Coca-Cola.
These PET bottles are made partly from plants and thus less dependent on traditional non-renewable resource, the oil, which is normally the primary ingredient of plastic bottles.
The Coca-Cola introduced its PlantBottle bottles in 2009, at brands including Coca-Cola and Sprite – reports marketinginfo.hu.
