Magazine: Pasta Berruto combines tradition with innovation
In 2015 Pasta Berruto decided to expand its Carmagnola production plant by investing EUR 30m in a 10-year period. The company’s philosophy is that tradition and innovation have the same roots: the Regionali 1881 range is a symbol of tradition, while innovation is represented by pasta cups, Bio and Bio Integrale pasta ranges, plus two gluten-free variants.
