We are only talking about the healthy lifestyle
According to GfK LHS HealthCare population survey of 2009 and GfK Hungária's 2009 study of eating habits, people are interested in health-related news and knowledge, but they accept only those informations which are close to their habits and thinking.
People used to talk about achieving a healthy lifestyle change much more, than they actually do it. The surve, shows that significant differences can be found between the public health knowledge and between the information, that professionals broadcast about healthy lifestyle. People are aware of the importance of obesity and overweight; almost half (49%) regularly refers to the weight problems, one-fifth (20%) are often explicitly talking about it. However, only one in eight people (13%) also make it regularly, at least by paying attention of nutrition.
