Irrigation can be free in agriculture
Irrigation can be cheaper or even free in agriculture. Lázár János Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office at a public forum told in the next EU budgetary period, the Interior Ministry will be responsible to lead the water to the lands, by using the period’s development funds.
According to Mártonffy Béla, president of the Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable Interprofessional Organization, by constructing irrigation systems, Hungary could produce as much fruits and vegetables that can all be sold at the markets of neighboring countries. (hirado.hu)
