A free digital nutrition guide has been published with the support of the Auchan Foundation
The purpose of the digital educational program What to Eat and How Much is to provide easy-to-understand, practical nutritional advice. The website mibolmennyitegyek.hu can be useful and exciting not only for those who would like to eat healthier, but also for those who want to lose weight or reduce their health problems by choosing a balanced diet.
For half a year, those who join the Miből Mennyit Egyek program receive personalized help on a weekly basis, for example, on how much of what food, in what form and how often they should consume it. Participation is free, but registration is required, and 40 hours of dietary counseling will also be drawn among those who apply.
Thanks to the support of the Auchan Foundation, between June 2023 and January 2024, the program will be enriched with new elements, including online counseling and dietary presentations in Auchan stores.
Healthy nutrition helps our physical and mental well-being and the preservation of mental and physical performance. Eating healthy is not always easy, because there is no diet that suits everyone perfectly, as our nutritional needs depend on many things – our age, gender, work and sports activities, not least genetics.
